The colder weather is making it harder to get up in the morning and most of us, understandably, want to stay in bed for as long as possible.
And with the current cost of living crisis making bills rise, it can be hard to turn on the heating to continue to keep us warm throughout the day.
Because of this, heating and financial experts are telling people to heat the person and not the home in a bid to keep themselves warm, and bills low.
