Sheffield rock and roll giants Arctic Monkeys have announced a UK stadium tour for 2023.
The four-piece indie outfit made up of Alex Turner, Matt Helders, Nick O'Malley and Jamie Cook will take to an abundance of football stadiums next spring/summer, touring their brand new album 'The Car' which is set for release on October 21.
And although the rock and roll band hailing from Sheffield will be skipping Newcastle upon Tyne when they embark on their new tour, they are still heading to the North East, with a date at Middlesbrough FC's Riverside on June 5 next year.

Other coveted grounds where they'll be rocking out include Arsenal's The Emirates in London, Manchester's Old Trafford, and two no-doubt sell-out shows at the band's home ground of Hillsborough Park, Sheffield.
Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9am on Friday the 30 th of September via Ticketmaster and See Tickets, with a fan pre-sale beginning at 9am on September 29. Those who pre-order ‘The Car’ from the bands official webstore before 3pm on Wednesday, 28 September will get access to the fan pre-sale.
Support for the tour comes in the form of Swedish veterans The Hives and indie-rock Scousers, The Mysterines.
