The parents of the 12-year-old, have lost a Supreme Court bid to delay the withdrawal of his life-sustaining treatment pending a review of his case by a UN committee.
Archie Battersbee’s mother, Hollie Dance, has said she and Archie’s father are “extremely disappointed” with the Supreme Court’s decision.
Ms Dance also confirmed that Archie’s life support will be turned off at 11am tomorrow.
