Arch Manning, the No. 1 high school recruit in the class of 2023, has committed to play at the University of Texas. Manning is the nephew of Eli and Peyton Manning, and the son of Cooper Manning.
Manning, a five-star recruit, played at Isidore Newman High School in New Orleans and had also been considering Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Clemson and Virginia, ultimately settling on the Longhorns. In his first three seasons in high school, Arch threw for 5,731 yards and 72 touchdowns, starring at Isidore Newman.

This is a big get for Steve Sarkisian and Texas after they finished with a 5-7 record last season.
