Shama Amin has left The Apprentice.
The contestant - who had hoped to win funding from Lord Alan Sugar - has been forced to pull out due to health reasons.
In this week’s episode, Shama, 41, will reveal that she is battling rheumatoid arthritis - a condition that causes pain and stiffness in joints.
The Daily Star reports that the Nursery worker will tell Lord Sugar that the "physical demands" of the series is the reason she has to exit.
She will speak to the businessman about her decision in scenes set to air on Thursday night.
“I would just like to say something, Lord Sugar if that’s OK. I suffer from a condition called rheumatoid arthritis," Shama reportedly shares.
“Because of medical reasons, due to this process being so physically demanding, despite the efforts the whole team has made to support me, I’ve had to make a difficult decision to leave the process.”
Lord Sugar responds: "Well Shama, I’m really sad to hear that. I wish you and your family all the best for the future.”
Shama will tell cameras that she had no choice but to quit the series - which sees the winner take £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.
“Mentally, I was strong enough to carry on. But my body wasn’t allowing me to carry on. So I had no choice but to make a difficult decision like that," she is set to reveal.

Shama’s exit leaves 13 candidates battling it out to be crowned Lord Sugar's 2022 Apprentice.
Last week saw Conor Gilsenan booted off after a toothbrush task went wrong.
The boys' team failed to secure any orders for their 'magic wand' electric brush that was supposed to entice youngsters to keep up oral hygiene.
However, buyers pointed out that the toothbrush resembled a 'turd' and it did not go down well with the children in the focus group - resulting in a major loss and the girls reigning supreme.
