The Traitors is the TV show that got the whole country talking in the run up to Christmas and it has no been confirmed that .it's going to return for another series.
Making its debut right slap bang in the middle of the BBC's World Cup coverage, little was known about The Traitors when it arrived on schedules, but it quickly developed an avid fanbase and has consistently been a top trend on Twitter as each new episode airs. Hosted by Strictly's Claudia Winkleman, it is a challenge show quite like no other, as a team of members of the public work together in a bid to accumulate a cash prize of as much as £120,000.
There's one big catch though and that's the fact that, while the majority of the contestants are Faithfuls, Claudia chose three of the team to be Traitors in secret on the first day of filming. Since then, the Traitors have been meeting ever night to discuss their next move, with the majority of their decisions ending in 'murder,' as their chosen victim receives a letter, telling them to pack their bags immediately.
The dramatic final of The Traitors series one aired days before Christmas, with Wilf found out in the dying moments as Hannah, Aaron and Meryl went onto win.
On Monday, February 27, it was announced by the BBC that The Traitors series two would definitely be happening and you can apply to be on it.
