Appeal to trace Paisley man who hasn't been seen for four days

Police in Paisley are appealing to trace a man missing from the town since the weekend.

Stephen Rankin has not been seen since 3pm on Friday, March 4 when he was in Locksley Road

He was last spoken to on Sunday, March 6 around 11am.

He was last seen wearing Black trousers and a black polo shirt. He has blue eyes, no hair and is of a slim build.

His vehicle was found in Spey Avenue, in Paisley about 3.30pm on Sunday.

Police investigating say family and friends are increasingly worried about Stephen as they have not heard from him which is out of character.

Chief Inspector Rhona Fraser said: “It is unusual for Stephen not to be in touch with his family and we are keen to trace him as soon as possible.

“I am appealing for anyone who has any information on his whereabouts or who has seen anyone matching his description to contact us.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident 2426 of 7 March, 2022.
