A Lanarkshire business is looking to the local community to help fund Christmas gifts for children in exchange for car washes.
Blackbeard's Detailing will be hosting a toy drive on Sunday, December 4 in aid of Coatbridge Community Foodbank in a bid to ensure as many children as possible have a good Christmas.
It is the fourth year the business will be holding the fundraiser with dozens of generous car owners queued around the block to drop off their gifts in exchange for a car wash last year.

Blackbeards Detailing is again calling for people to bring their motor along for the hand wash in exchange for an unwrapped toy. The goodies, which totalled up to around £3,000 worth of gifts last year, will be dropped off at the foodbank who will then distribute to local families.
The event will take place at 87 Deerdykes View, Westfield Industrial Estate, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 9HN from 10am - 2pm.
Ross Campbell, 37, who started detailing cars in his driveway, now runs Blackbeard’s Detailing alongside wife Fiona, 43.
The couple who live in Bargeddie with their son, Max 5, said: "We are delighted to be hosting the Toy Drive once again to support the great work of the foodbank and to give something back to the community.
"Times are very hard for many people out there just now. Every child deserves a present on Christmas Day, and we hope that these toys can help give some children a nice Christmas.
"We would kindly ask people to donate an unwrapped toy in lieu of payment. The toys should be left unwrapped so that the charity can see which age group it would suit best."
Ross added: "We are very grateful to our annual sponsor Smyths Toys at Glasgow Fort who have donated £100 worth of gifts, also to Castlecary Motor Co and Homecare Services Ltd who each donated £200, and to Miyo Brand who donated an advertising banner for our event. Our friends Fulcrum Training will be joining several other amazing volunteers to help us wash cars on the day.
"We would like to say a huge thanks to all for helping us to spread some happiness this Christmas."
