After teasing registration several weeks ago, Respawn is opening up Apex Legends Mobile in certain regions soon.
In a Wednesday blog post, Respawn announced that it’s finally ready to begin rolling out Apex Legends Mobile in multiple countries on Feb. 28, 2022.
“We’re excited to announce that Apex Legends Mobile will enter the next major development milestone: a limited regional launch starting next week and expected to run throughout the Spring,” Respawn said.”This next phase will see Apex Legends Mobile go into limited release in 10 countries so we can continue our work on in-game systems, features, and more prior to launch!”
Where will Apex Legends Mobile be available?
The 10 countries below will get first-dibs on Apex Legends Mobile via the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Indonesia
- Mexico
- Peru
- Argentina
- Colombia
Respawn stated that more countries will be able to access the game later, but there’s no details on when that might be.
Apex Legends Mobile is coming! Starting next week, a limited regional launch for iOS + Android will be available in select countries.

What are the minimum requirements for Apex Legends Mobile?
For Android:
- Android 8.1
- Open GL 3.0 or higher
- 3 GB free space
- At least 3 GB RAM
- Screens size: N/L/XL
For iOS:
- iPhone 6S or later
- OS version: 10.0 or later
- CPU: A9
- 3 GB free space
- At least 2GB RAM
Apex Legends Mobile will be a stand-alone version of the game, meaning no cross-play functionality with Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, or PC.
