Plans have been revealed for a new development of homes in Birmingham city centre.
Rainier Developments, which is based in Henley-in-Arden, has submitted designs for a new 111-apartment scheme that would replace a car park in Upper Gough Street.
The development would be a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes and include an open rooftop space for residents on land next to the Keg & Grill pub.
Rainier Developments' planning director Grant Stevenson said: "The market for city centre living in Birmingham remains strong and there is continued need for more new homes.
"We are now looking to bring forward this development of more than 100 apartments which would be a positive addition to Birmingham's residential offer."
Rainier Developments' previous projects in the city include a development of 37 apartments in Tenby Street, in the Jewellery Quarter.
Mr Stevenson added: "Birmingham continues to strive to be a more sustainable city. Having more people living in the city centre can only support that drive.
"This is an exciting time for the city and we are delighted to be investing here once again."
