Apartment from Amanda & Alan's Italian Job BBC show is for sale

Amanda Holden and Alan Carr's renovated Italian apartment has gone on the market. The focus project for their recent BBC One show 'Amanda & Alan's Italian Job', the two-bedroom apartment in Salemi, Sicily, is now on Rightmove for a price of around £128,289 and money from the sale will go to Children in Need and Comic Relief.

The property was renovated and styled by the celebrity pair and spans 120 square metres of fully furnished space, with air conditioning and heating that is ready for its new owner to move straight into. Among its other key features, the apartment boasts a total of five rooms, including a spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing after a day of exploring the picturesque town of Salemi, the apartment also boasts three balconies offering views of the landscape - the perfect spots for watching the sunset, estate agents Southeby's International Realty say.

If that's not all, the apartment - named Casa Alamanda after the duo - also comes with a shared, walled courtyard for al fresco dining in the Mediterranean sunshine. If you have loved watching the BBC show, have always wanted to invest in some overseas property, or simply just love what Alan and Amanda have done with the place, then this could be the must-buy of the year for you.
