Antrim and Laois renew rivalries with their Division One futures very much at stake on a crucial weekend in the Allianz Hurling Leagues.
This is a must-win game for both counties, who have failed to pick up any points from their opening three games.
The losers will enter the relegation play-off, most likely against Westmeath, for the right to remain in the top flight.
The Saffrons were in that position last year and defeated Offaly, but Darren Gleeson’s side will be hoping to make the most of home advantage having lost out to Laois in Portlaoise last season.
Antrim have fared well in Division One this season without getting over the line against Kilkenny, Dublin and Waterford and the Tipperary native will be hoping for a change of fortune for his side this weekend.
