An Antrim tech firm has announced has signed up one of the sector’s most highly regarded human resources heads to help it “immediately” hire 30 new staff.
Outsource Group said it has hired Susan Hill – who previously oversaw significant growth at both Decision Time and Novosco – to help it double its workforce.
The move comes only weeks after Outsource Group, which specialises in security-focused IT managed services, merged with ANSEC IA to create what the new company said would be an industry “powerhouse”.
Susan Hill, who oversaw a hike in headcount at Novosco from just 35 to 300 people, said she was looking forward to working at the heart of the firm.
“I have been so impressed by Outsource Group for many years but the recent announcement of the company’s merger with ANSEC IA and the group’s future growth plans make it an incredibly exciting time to get involved,” Susan Hill, Head of People and Culture at Outsource Group, said. “Outsource is set to become a true powerhouse in the sector, and I can’t wait to get started to help attract great new talent to the business and play a key role in supporting the growth plans.”
Eamonn Bunting, Managing Director of Outsource Group, welcomed the key hire.
“We have plans to employ a workforce of over 100 people by the end of this year and have aggressive future growth plans, locally and beyond,” he said. “That means that we need at least 30 new people this year, with substantial additional recruitment thereafter in line with our long term business objectives.
“We also need to retain the fantastic talent that we already have in Outsource Group and with Susan’s experience and leadership we aim to be the number 1 employer of choice in our sector. We are delighted to appoint someone as highly regarded and experienced as Susan and very much look forward to welcoming her to the team,” he adds.
