Premier League fixtures are coming thick and fast. Just three days after Tottenham picked up their third win of the season, they are back in action as they make the short trip to face London rivals West Ham United on Wednesday night.
The Hammers finally got off the mark on Sunday, beating Aston Villa 1-0 to move off the bottom of the Premier League and they will be, as always, up for the fight against Spurs at the London Stadium. It is always a grudge match between the two, but head coach Antonio Conte will be keen to see his Spurs side extend their good start to the season.
With matches coming quickly in a short space of time, Conte has already admitted that he will rotate the squad for a busy period. Particularly with the Champions League campaign due to begin next week.

But squad rotation may be required for injury purposes too. Cristian Romero has missed the last two matches with a knee injury, while Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil were both missing from the squad that beat Nottingham Forest on Sunday afternoon. So what of those players and the rest of the squad for the trip to West Ham?
Speaking during his pre-match press conference, Conte said: "About Romero and Skippy, today they had a training session with us. For sure we have to wait until they are completely recovered. A good sign for us.
"About Lucas and Gil, Lucas has an inflammation in his tendon, we hope to recover him very soon as when I was a player I had a lot of pain in my tendon and you know very well inflammation in the tendon doesn't finish in one week or two weeks. Gil is not still available but in two to three days will start to work."
