Antonio Brown goes after Tom Brady again following heavy San Francisco 49ers loss

Antonio Brown took to Instagram to continue his public chastising of Tom Brady following the iconic quarterback’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers - only for Brown to delete the post.

Brown has not suited up in the NFL since he was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on January 6, 2022. He removed his pads and uniform while he threw his gloves and shirt into the stands as the 34-year-old left the field in the middle of the Bucs’ match against the New York Jets.

Brown has not signed with another team, while he has been focusing on a music career. The former Pittsburgh Steelers superstar has trolled Brady for some time, primarily targeting the collapse of his relationship and marriage with his ex wife Gisele Bundchen.

Brady finalised his divorce from model Bundchen recently after the couple started dating back in December 2006 and were married in February 2009.

It appears Brown will continue pushing Brady until he gets a reaction - and his goading continued on Sunday after the Bucs were crushed 35-7 by the 49ers. Brown posted an image of Brady getting choked out by a Niners player with the caption: “I got the game in a squeeze.”

The tweet was deleted almost immediately after it was posted but the damage was done. Brown - who played alongside Brady in New England and Tampa Bay, winning Super Bowl LV - has posted several other images of him hugging Bundchen on the field after the championship win over the Kansas City Chiefs. He also trolled the NFL icon by photoshopping his face onto Brady’s as Bundchen had her arms wrapped around him, while he attempted to expose the three-time MVP by posting a text conversation between the two from 2021 in which Brady referred to Brown as an ‘immature man that is selfish, self serving, irrational and irresponsible’.

After several failed attempts to goad Brady, Brown took to Snapchat to share an image of Bundchen’s face edited onto another woman’s naked body, as reported by TMZ Sports. The former wide receiver did not add a caption, so there was no sort of explanation for the image.

Ultimately, Brown’s attempts to troll Brady is the least of his worries given the Buccaneers own a 6-7 record - and still somehow sit atop the NFC South. Brady was poor against the 49ers, throwing for 253 yards and a touchdown to go with a pair of interceptions.

Brady’s Buccaneers are next in action against the Cincinnati Bengals, who reached Super Bowl LVI in February. The Bengals are 9-4 and are tied for the lead in the AFC North as they head to Raymond James Stadium on Sunday.
