Anthony Gordon latest: Everton star may need 'transfer request' amid Newcastle valuation

Newcastle United have reportedly set a maximum valuation of £40million on Anthony Gordon as speculation continues surrounding his future at Everton.

Gordon was absent from first-team training yesterday afternoon, further fuelling talk over his future at the club, though the ECHO understands this was a planned absence - as was also the case with Amadou Onana.
