Manchester United's Anthony Elanga has admitted he is enjoying working with Erik ten Hag, who has brought 'new tactics' to the club.
United endured their worst season for decades last term and they regularly looked painfully incohesive on the pitch. However, there have been signs of improvement in pre-season and glimmers of Ten Hag's philosophy, which are becoming increasingly sustained.
It's understood the players are responding well to Ten Hag's methods and his structured training sessions. That was something the dressing room felt required improvement last season after working with Ralf Rangnick, who failed to improve results.

Elanga broke into United's first team under Rangnick and he's now hoping to earn the trust of Ten Hag. Elanga, who started against Atletico Madrid on Saturday afternoon, explained that he's relishing the opportunity to work with the Dutchman.
"I feel like during this pre-season, we've worked really hard and bought into how the manager wants us to play," Elanga told MUTV.
"It's been really good, new tactics, new system and I'm really excited about working with him this season, getting better and improving all areas of my game."
Elanga played 76 minutes on the right-wing against Atletico, with Jadon Sancho sidelined with illness.
