Lisa Armstrong left fans stunned after uploading a throwback photo from her time in 90s pop group Deuce.
The Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist - Ant McPartlin's ex-wife - really rolled back the years on Instagram.
Looking glam in the snap, which was first posted by her former bandmate Craig Young.
The pair, who were in the group alongside Kelly O'Keefe and Paul Holmes, have remained close since their singing days.
Incredible Lisa looked very focused in the old picture - and fans were desperate to hear some of their music.
The 46-year-old sported short dark hair at the time and wore black shades while also dabbling in denim.
Deuce registered four top-30 singles before calling it a day back in 1997.
She has moved on from Ant, and last week paid a sweet birthday tribute to new man James Green.
Lisa wrote: "Happy Birthday to my gorgeous boy @james_green83.
"Welcome to the naughty forty’s!!! Have the best day, love you millions…"
She put on a brave face after reports she and her ex-husband Ant are still embroiled in a custody battle over their chocolate Labrador Hurley.
The pair initially agreed to share the pet, but since Ant has moved on with his new family, Lisa is reportedly demanding full custody.
The MailOnline reports that Ant is refusing to give up custody of the dog, three years after the divorce was finalised.
A source said "Lisa has asked to have Hurley but Ant is saying no - he has two more dogs now, a new wife and two stepdaughters, but still he wants joint custody.
"It has led to some difficult conversations between Ant and Lisa. It’s all very sad.
"Ant has been able to move on, get remarried and get two more dogs. Lisa has been left to pick up the pieces."
Last year, a source claimed Lisa can't wait to marry her boyfriend but wants a 'laid-back' wedding.
"Lisa can't wait to get married. They're not engaged yet, but it's only a matter of time," an insider claimed to Heat magazine.
"James has made Lisa happier than she ever thought she could be. Their wedding will be totally different to her first one."
