Ant and Dec made a swift plea to Mr Blobby as the TV icon make a shock return to screens on Saturday's Britain's Got Talent and made Simon Cowell his victim.
Mr Blobby was one of the most recognisable faces on Saturday night primetime television back in the mid to late 90s, having shot to stardom as a character on Noel's House Party and causing chaos for both the BBC show's host, Noel Edmonds and countless celebrities who joined him in the studio set in fictional village Crinkly Bottom.
As well as being a big hit with children across the country, Mr Blobby also famously stopped Take That claiming a Christmas number 1 with their hit Babe, thwarting heir chances of grabbing the festive honour in December 1993, with his self titled smash hit debut single.
A first look at Mr Blobby being on Britain's Got Talent, arrived in the form of a very brief shot of him on stage at the end of last week's show and the judges, particularly Simon, looked very surprised to see him as he made his way on stage during filming at the London Palladium.
And it quickly became obvious that it was Simon who Blobby wanted to single out for some 'special' attention as he approached his seat on the panel, prompting Ant to shout: "Go on, get him up!" before Dec explained: "For any younger viewers who don't know who Mr Blobby is, he is TV royalty."
In a big of a career change for Blobby, he used Simon as his victim for a magic trick, as the judge was put in a box, but kept appearing, desiute Blobby's attempts to make him vanish, before the door finally opened to reveal Simon being gunged, in true Noel's House Party style.
