Ant and Dec sabotaged the Britain's Got Talent auditions that aired on Saturday night, by playing a prank on the judges that saw the hosts tamper with their walk on music.
Following it triumphant return to screens earlier this month, the new series of BGT continued on Saturday night, with the early rounds of the show seeing more hopefuls step into the spotlight, aiming to impress the judges enough to make it through to the next round.
At the start of every auditions day, the Britain's Got Talent judges are welcomed onto their seat by Ant and Dec, before taking their seats behind the panel, but the presenters had a surprise for their ITV colleagues, informing them that they had chosen their walk on music, prompting Amanda Holden to remark: "Mine will be from some West End show," and Simon Cowell to joke: "I'll be Barbie Girl."
Both of those predictions proved to be wide of the mark as Ant and Dec called Bruno Tonioli to the stage to the sounds of their PJ and Duncan smash hit Let's Get Ready to Rhumble, with the song then playing again for each of the other three, as Simon rolled his eyes and Amanda commented: "Did someone say that 20 people in the whole world are listening to that at any one time?"
A very amused Ant joked: "You just don't hear it enough!" as the audience lapped up the four separate burts of the song that originally reached the top 10 in 1994, before going to the top of the charts nearly two decades later when Ant and Dec performed it on Saturday Night Takeaway.
