And ahead of the first episode, the broadcaster has announced which celebrity will be unknowingly taking part in Undercover, as well as the guest announcer and the End of Show Show details.
Here's everything you need to know about Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway launch show.
Who are Ant and Dec pranking?
Jeremy Clarkson is the unsuspecting star of Undercover this week.
The episode will see 'protesters' arrive at Jeremy's farm, which features on the Amazon series Clarkson's Farm, demanding rights for soil.
It comes after camera crews were spotted at the farm last year when graffiti appeared on Clarkson's Diddly Squat farm shop.
The vandalism, which saw the word "soil" spray-painted onto the side of the shop, was credited to Ant and Dec.
Jeremy appeared to confirm the rumours that it was the presenting duo posting to Twitter at the time: "All b***ocks. It was Ant and Lard c**king about." You can read more on this here.
Who is the SNT guest announcer?
RuPaul has been confirmed as the first guest announcer of the new series.
The official Saturday Night Takeaway social media accounts announced: "EXCLUSIVE: You better work... your way to the sofa this Saturday night because the FABULOUS @RuPaul is our first Guest Announcer of the series! #SaturdayNightTakeaway."
Who is performing at the End of Show Show?
In a world exclusive first, all three winners of Drag Race UK will perform together for the first time on television in a spectacular End of the Show Show.
Appearing on stage will be The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney and Krystal Versace.
What else can you expect?
Stephen Mulhern is returning to host Ant vs Dec with a brand new high octane challenge.
Fleur East and Andi Peters are back, as is Jordan North with Gift on a Shift.
Other features include the Happiest Minute & Takeaway Getaway, as well as live surprises for the studio audience and viewers at home.
