Ant and Dec address Olivia Attwood's return to ITV I'm A Celeb as they reveal star at top of their campmate 'wishlist'

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have shared their thoughts on whether Olivia Attwood should make an I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here comeback after her time in the jungle was cut short. Less than 24 hours after she made her debut on-screen during the series launch earlier this month, it was announced that the 31-year-old had to leave the ITV reality show.

Olivia was among the original 10-person line-up for the 2022 series as the show returned to Australia for the first time in three years. She joined the likes of Boy George, Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, former rugby player Mike Tindall and Loose Women's Charlene White.

But after only 48 hours into her I'm A Celeb experience, Olivia was forced to exit after being rushed to the hospital over concerning blood test results. The real reason for Olivia's exit was only revealed by the reality star over the weekend, almost a week after she headed back to the UK.

And speaking on This Morning for the first time about her experience on Monday, Olivia explained to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: "I was pulled out on my first day in main camp for routine medical checks - which can be blood pressure, giving blood - so I had my blood taken and the results came back that my iron was low, I was showing that I was anaemic.

"Potassium was really low, sodium was really low, so basically all the markers you would look for were low so they consulted with a doctor outside of camp and they said I would need to come to A&E basically off the back of those readings, so I was taken to the nearest A&E department, admitted in there where they ran their own checks and their checks came back normal, so…"

She admitted to being 'scared' as she was rushed to hospital but claims despite her next blood tests coming back fine, she still wasn't able to return to the jungle in case her levels dropped again. Olivia was also quizzed by the hosts on whether she would do I'm A Celeb again next year, to which she said she already had to shift her other work commitments and added: "I daren't approach that question now. I would love to because I was absolutely loving it."

And it appears Ant and Dec may be on board. When asked about Olivia returning as a campmate in 2023 during an Instagram Live on Monday following the latest installment of I'm A Celeb, Ant said: "That's not a bad idea..." as Dec chimed in: "We're gutted she's gone." Ant then vowed: "I'm going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I'll have an answer sometime tomorrow."

As they read comments and questions from their followers, the Geordie duo offered their thoughts on which celebrities they'd love to see head into the jungle in the future, with both saying footballer Roy Keane is at the top of their list. "We've asked him on a few occasions," Ant said, with Dec adding: "Roy Keane is top of our list!"

Ant then teased: "And he's been close to saying yes so maybe next year could be the year! Come on Roy Keane!' while Dec chimed in: 'I would love Roy Keane!"
