This week, the gambling trade press reported that London-listed casino software firm Playtech has promised to investigate claims of multi-year corporate espionage.
A former executive of rival casino firm OnAir Entertainment took to LinkedIn last week to claim an ex-colleague who moved from Playtech to OnAir was secretly using old login details to access confidential information about upcoming games, and potentially steal a couple of ideas.
A Playtech spokesperson said the firm is “working to fully investigate this matter”. If OnAir’s 007 is reading this, feel free to send any juicy findings to cityspy@standard.co.uk.
Spy has reached out to OnAir for comment.
