'Another red isn't it?' - Harry Kane 'slapped' by Thomas Tuchel after Chelsea vs Tottenham chaos

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel found himself at the centre of the drama during the Blues' 2-2 draw against Tottenham at the weekend.

Tuchel and Antonio Conte clashed on several occasions, during and after the controversial match against Spurs. Both managers have since been charged for alleged "improper behaviour" after the two coaches had to be separated numerous times during a dramatic London derby at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea dominated the game but a last-minute equaliser from Harry Kane saw the match end in a draw, with Tuchel blasting referee Anthony Taylor for his officiating performance during his post-match press conference. Chelsea had to rely on goals from Kalidou Koulibaly and Reece James after Kai Havertz struggled to perform once again, missing a glorious chance in the second half, with the German forward having only scored once in his last nine Premier League games.

There was plenty of controversy during and after the game against Spurs, with fans labelling the game as 'Battle of the Bridge II'. Thomas Tuchel got his revenge on Kane after the England captain scored a late equaliser by interrupting the Spurs star's interview with a light-hearted 'slap' during his post-match interview.

The build-up to Kane's equaliser has been questioned by many after VAR failed to take action after reviewing an incident between Cristian Romero and Marc Cucurella, in which the Spurs defender seemingly pulled the hair of the new Chelsea signing without a free-kick being awarded to the Blues. The following corner resulted in the England captain nodding home from close range after a slight deflection off of James at the back post.

Tuchel and Kane shared a laugh post-match with the latter responding to the Chelsea manager's light-hearted 'slap' saying: "That's another red isn't it?!"

The German manager could not hide his emotions throughout the game, sprinting down the touchline in true Jose Mourinho fashion when James scored Chelsea's second of the match in the 77th minute. Tuchel is set to miss Chelsea's trip to Leeds on Sunday afternoon following his red card during a spat with Conte at the final whistle as the pair shook hands.
