Anne-Marie has given fans an update on her ankle injury after she took a tumble at last night’s BRIT Awards.
The Don’t Play singer lost her footing as she walked down the stairs during her live performance with rapper KSI at London’s O2 Arena.
But ever the professional, the 30-year-old got straight back up and carried on with the show like it had never happened.
Recovering today, Anne-Marie poked fun at her injury on Twitter as memes from fans flooded in.
Sharing some of her favourite ones with her 1.1million followers, she captioned the tweet: “RIP my left ankle #brits.”

One hilarious meme showed Anne-Marie with both feet in plaster being pushed in a wheelchair with the words: “Anne Marie on her way to the Brits after party.”
Another showed a grandma who had fallen over on the floor, while the kind folks at NHS Scotland had some nice words for the singing superstar.
They wrote: “We hope Anne-Marie’s poor ankle is feeling better today.”
This was followed by some advice should anyone else find themselves in Anne-Marie’s predicament.
“Remember if you do have a slip or fall: Stay calm and assess any injuries, if you’re not hurt try and get up from the floor, if you’re hurt call for help and keep warm while you wait.”
Someone even set up a Twitter account called ‘Anne-Marie’s ankle’ with the bio: “Bit bruised but I’m ok xx.”
Following the fall, the spoof account tweeted: “Wow. Bit shaken up but I’m ok. Bit bruised but with a bit of ice I should be fine.”
Seeing the funny side, Anne-Marie replied to the tweet saying: “I AM DEAD.”
Specsavers also joined in on the fun offering the singer a free eye test, tweeting: “Your next visit’s on us,” to which Anne-Marie replied: “I’ll be in touch.”
While others compared Anne-Marie’s slip to Madonna’s almighty Brits fall back in 2015.
The Queen of Pop stumbled backwards as she tried to take a long cape off, but was pulled back and fell when one of her backing dancers accidentally stepped on it.
It was later voted the most cringeworthy Brits moment ever – but didn’t stop Madonna finishing off her performance.
Shortly after she fell, Anne-Marie was already back in high spirits, joking: “Didn’t need my left ankle anyway.”
Fans were quick to praise her professionalism and sent thousands of supportive messages in the aftermath.
"Anne-Marie is a professional," one swooned.
"This woman can do no wrong - even if she falls on stage," another quipped.
While a third added: “She's so hot that she made that fall look hot."
