The Birthday hit-maker, 30, left ITV viewers gasping as she took a tumble during her live performance with rapper KSI during the thrilling ceremony at London's O2 Arena.

The blonde bombshell slipped up on stage as she made her way down some steps - but she picked herself back up quickly and carried on like a trooper.

The BRIT Awards is one of the biggest nights on the showbiz calendar.

Tonight’s ceremony takes place live at London's O2 Arena and Mo Gilligan is at the helm of hosting - taking over from Jack Whitehall's four years in a row fronting the awards.
