The Birthday hit-maker, 30, left ITV viewers gasping as she took a tumble during her live performance with rapper KSI during the thrilling ceremony at London's O2 Arena.
The blonde bombshell slipped up on stage as she made her way down some steps - but she picked herself back up quickly and carried on like a trooper.
Anne-Marie looked sensational in a daring red leather dress as she belted out her incredible vocals.
But things took a turn for the worst when the tumble took place.
Following her little fall, Anne-Marie took to Twitter to poke fun at her misfortune.
The gorgeous pop star hilariously tweeted: "Didn't need my left ankle anyway."
But before Anne-Marie broke her silence on the performance, her beloved fans flocked to Twitter to shower the singer with praise and support.
