Anne Heche 's life support is set to be switched off later this evening, as matches for her organs have been found.
The actress, 53, was officially declared brain dead after her Mini Cooper smashed into a two-storey house and was engulfed in flames on August 5 in the Mar Vista neighbourhood of Los Angeles.

Anne - who famously dated comedian Ellen DeGeneres during the late 90s - suffered lung damage, burns and a severe anoxic brain injury, which is caused by a sustained lack of oxygen to the brain, following her horrific car crash.
She remained in a critical condition in a coma at the Grossman Burn Centre at West Hills Hospital, with her family announcing one week after the crash she was being kept on life support to see if her organs were viable to be donated.
According to American publication TMZ, matches have now reportedly been found and multiple organs "are due to be transplanted", and Anne’s life support will be switched off on Sunday afternoon local time.
Sources close to the late star's family chose not to reveal specifics when confirming multiple matches had been found to the publisher.
