A disgusted Premier Inn cleaner has given a shocking behind-the-scenes look at a room which was left completely trashed and destroyed by guests.
The shocking condition of the room was captured on camera and has now gone viral on TikTok, gathering nearly 120,000 views.
The seething cleaner can be heard calling the guests "scum" and questioning why they think it's acceptable to leave the room in such a filthy state.
The video was posted to the social networking site by a woman who goes by the name Elaine Penso, and she goes on to ask "why is all the food on the floor?"
Hundreds of viewers have taken to TikTok to express their disgust at the state of the dirty room, the Sun reports.
One user said: "We always make bed and tidy up and take our rubbish with us before we check out."
A second agreed, adding: "They should be billed, who drops food on the floor like that?"
A third echoed the sentiment, saying: "I leave the room as I found it! If this is how they leave a hotel I'd hate to imagine what their house looks like."
However, not everyone agreed with the cleaner at the Premier Inn.
One TikTok user said: "Food all over the floor isn't necessary but the nappies are in the bin, the other bin is full and they've kept all the rubbish together."
A second added: "Family room... they could've been in a massive hurry... maybe they don't normally leave a mess. It's difficult having children and run (sic) out of time."
Meanwhile, a third said: "Looks like they all have little kids. Did you supply a hoover and a mop in the room? They did put all the rubbish in a pile as the bin was full."
It is currently unclear which Premier Inn branch the room was found in.
Premier Inn declined to comment.
