Ange Postecoglou has wasted little time in stamping his authority at Tottenham.
Much like he did when he arrived at Celtic around two years ago, the Australian has got straight to work to implement his football ideals.
Of course, his methods and philosophy on how the game should be played worked tremendously well during his time in Glasgow.
The 57-year-old collected five of the six trophies available to Celtic in his two seasons at the club.
He quickly made a name for himself by being ruthless in his approach, becoming the embodiment of his mantra 'We never stop'.
And it would appear the Aussie is already getting his fingerprints all over the Spurs training centre, as he aims to ensure a culture change at the North London club.
The Evening Standard reports that the mood in the camp among the players at staff previously at the club has improved dramatically since Antonio Conte's time.
It also claims that Postecoglou is currently living at a lodge within the training grounds while he and his family organise full-time accommodation in London and its surrounds.
The report states that Postecoglou arrives for training early and is very punctual. It's said he gives a 'short shrift' to any player or staffer who miss their allotted times for training and checking in.
He is said to have brought an 'affable, professional and single-minded' approach to his staff. It's believed that he's learned the names of all his backroom members, which is somewhat of a 'surprise' to them.
Being on the more ruthless side, Postecoglou is said to have rejected 'quirky content' ideas from the Spurs social media team.
However, he has already engaged in a Q&A from supporters this week.
Finally, the report states that The Ashes have been on the TV screens within the training facility, with Postecoglou being a big cricket fan and of course, a fan of his country.
Although, it's said that not many players have plucked up the courage to engage with the boss about the event.
Tottenham's first game of the Premier League will be away to Brentford on August 13.
Before then though, pre-season will be ramped up when they make the journey to Australia for their tour Down Under.
