Ange Postecoglou insists recruitment work for NEXT summer has already started at Celtic.
The Australian has had several more hits than misses in the transfer market during his stint at Parkhead and is set to raid the J-League once more by signing Yuki Kobayashi in January's window. Most of the planning for this winter's shopping is done and the upcoming break will now allow Postecoglou and the Celtic recruitment team to get their ducks in a row for summer 2023 upgrades.
He has been vocal on his want to improve the Hoops and make them a consistent Champions League club, explaining: "A couple of weeks ago, we sort of did our (transfer) planning. The bulk of the work's been done. What this time gives me is a little bit of opportunity just to plan for the rest of this year and probably the next summer window."

Some of the former Socceroos transfer wins include Reo Hatate, Kyogo Furuhashi, Matt O'Riley, Jota and Cameron Carter-Vickers.
There are two games to go for Celtic before the World Cup break takes centre stage, coming up against Motherwell and Ross County.
It won't be four weeks on the back for Postecoglou's stars though, with the team set to jet out to Australia for the Sydney Cup.
