Ange Postecoglou is willing to grin and bear it - but admits it's disappointing that Celtic won't play either of their first two pre-split fixtures at home.
The Aussie's side can win the Premiership title away at Hearts before the final derby of the season at Ibrox against Rangers. Their first home match pre-split won't be until May 20th against St Mirren and they are on the road in their following match at Hibs. A title party lies in wait on May 27 at home to Aberdeen. There has also been fury over Sky Sports' TV picks, with some fans unhappy with the choices made over the five games, which don't include the Edinburgh derby or any of the bottom six clashes.
Speaking to Celtic TV, Postecoglou admits it would have been ideal to be playing at Parkhead once in their first two encounters: "It's always a bit of a challenge I guess for those doing it. I would liked to have had at least one home game in those first two because it means that again our supporters won't see us for three weeks.
"So it would have been nice but ultimately it is what it is. We've just got to deal with what is before us and in the league that is Hearts away, who have a new manager and they had a great result last week (6-1 vs Ross County.) It is always a challenge at Tynecastle and it would be a good place to win it. Because we're going to have to earn it to do it."
