Ange Postecoglou has discovered his first English Premier League opponents as the season fixture list was released.
The former Celtic gaffer has made the move to Tottenham on a four-year deal as Daniel Levy finally landed the man he wanted to replace Antonio Conte on a full-time basis in North London. The 57-year-old enjoyed two hugely successful seasons in Glasgow with his final act a Scottish Cup win over Inverness to complete a domestic Treble. He won two trophies in his debut campaign to take his overall tally to five out of a possible six while at Parkhead.
His time in Scotland also brought huge praise for his work in the transfer market and his brand of attacking football. The likes of Kyogo Furuhashi, Reo Hatate, Matt O'Riley, Jota, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Liel Abada all arrived under his watch and Spurs fans will be hoping they can taste similar success on the park and enjoy some real attacking football.

They now know who they will be facing from matchday one all the way until the end of the season as Postecoglou aims to fight for the top four and with that Champions League football. It will be a tough task with many top clubs in the running for the four positions and a place at Europe's top table. Spurs will NOT be playing in Europe this season after finishing eighth in the league standings last term so the full focus is on the league and domestic cups for the former Celtic gaffer.
His season starts with a trip to Brentford live on the first Sky Sports Sunday Sunday of the campaign and ends against Sheffield United on the road.
He faces a tough run during the season with fixutes against Manchester United and Arsenal in his opening six games.
