Celtic are set to bank a significant seven figure fee from Tottenham to land boss Ange Postecoglou, according to a report.
The Treble-winning Hoops gaffer was given permission to discuss terms over a move to the English Premier League club yesterday with a verbal agreement in place. A contract has also been thrashed out with an announcement expected imminently. It is believed he will put pen to paper on a two-year deal in North London with the option of a third season.
The 57-year-old was on a 12-month rolling contract at Parkhead but The Scottish Sun report Daniel Levy will have to pay out £5million in compensation to land his man from the Scottish champions. Talk in the build up to the Scottish Cup Final was about the future of the Hoops gaffer but he was insistent that his mind was fully on the task at hand.

Winning the famous old trophy and completing the domestic clean sweep looks like his last act as Celtic boss in what has been a stunning two years at the helm. The historic Treble was backed up by two trophies in his first season handing him five out of a possible six.
His work in the transfer market has also been lauded with the likes of Kyogo Furuhashi, Reo Hatate, Jota, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Alistair Johnston, Liel Abada and Matt O'Riley all arriving in Glasgow under his watch.
His departure will mean the search for a new manager in Glasgow's east end will begin. He leaves the club in excellent shape for the next boss - who will also get a crack at the Champions League group stage.
The same tabloid state Man City coach Enzo Maresca is one of the leading contenders to replace the outgoing Ange at Celtic.
Pundit Andy Walker has also touted former EPL boss Jesse March as a potential candidate the Hoops should explore.
He told Go Radio: He told the Go Radio Football Show : "Another name in the frame is Jesse Marsch.
"He was sacked by Leeds but any time I've had the chance to watch them. I really liked his style. They were high energy with strong running power.
"He didn't make the end of the season, but he's available."
