Andy Walker not buying Rangers dressing room 'silence' as Gio confession splits the room

Unconvinced Andy Walker isn't having Gio van Bronckhorst' s claim that heartbroken Rangers stars didn't hold a debrief after their 7-1 shellacking against Liverpool.

The Dutchman fronted up after the Champions League pasting but was adamant there were no recriminations inside the Ibrox dressing room - insisting his shellshocked were stunned into silence. The former Celtic star reckons it would have been an inevitability voices were raised in the moments after Jurgen Klopp's side wiped the floor with them with an incredible six second-half goals away from home.

But Moore responded: "It depends, after such a result, players "are embarrassed, and I can tell you now, when players are embarrassed, emotions are not high in terms of wanting to argue and debate and challenge one another. It's more about feeling a little bit ashamed.

"I think you would have seen heads in hands and a really dejected dressing room that would have been in deep in thought and disappointed with themselves.|

But Walker concluded: "Just in terms of terms of letting off steam? You might have been unreasonable but I would imagine there would have been raised voices"
