Andy Walker has leaped to the defence of Sky Sports over the Premiership's post-split fixture debacle.
Supporters were angered earlier this week when only five matches of the top six fixtures were announced for live TV coverage in May.
Importantly, none of these guys involved the teams battling it out for third spot directly facing off against each other.
There was also no room on the broadcaster's schedule to showcase any of the bottom six games live, with the likes of St Johnstone vs Dundee United and Kilmarnock vs Ross County left alone.
Walker is a co-commentator for the TV giants and insists the rules around only being able to broadcast a maximum of four home Premiership matches under the current deal's regulations throw up impossible situations.
On Go Radio, Walker said: "I don't think you should complain when you buy into a flawed system.
"I know that Aberdeen are upset at going to Celtic three times, I know Rangers are upset going to Hibs three times, St Mirren going to Aberdeen three teams, you cannot satisfy everyone in the league.
"And this is what the clubs wanted, they only want to go to every ground a maximum of four times. It is impossible and is the same every year, it is impossible to satisfy everyone."
The possibility of an expanded Premiership was then floated. Walker gave his thoughts: "I have always thought the likes of Dunfermline, Partick Thistle, Falkirk could be bigger clubs, Dundee of course.
"It is always great to do a Dundee derby. But the current top-flight clubs are in complete control and vote for pretty much everything and I don't think we are getting anywhere near clubs deciding on a bigger league."
