Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow are said to have 'laughed off' an awkward moment during their wedding on Sunday, over a question asked by their registrar.
After a few weeks of making headlines for all the wrong reasons due to his incriminating antics on his stag do, ex Newcastle United footballer Andy tied the knot with ex TOWIE star and mum of three Billi in a ceremony at a stunning location in Hampshire at the weekend. The couple, who have two sons and a daughter together, gathered with friends and family to exchange vows, with Billi looking radiant in a lavish gown with ruffled sleeves.
Gateshead born striker Andy shared the first photo from the nuptials, of him and new wife Billi sharing a kiss, on his Instagram grid, with the image's caption carrying the date of the wedding and a love heart emoji. The ceremony followed ongoing coverage of what went on during Andy's stag do in Dubai, when photos of him sharing a bed with bar manager Taylor Jane Wilkey and fitness instructor Phoebe Robb were published in The Sun.

Taylor told the paper that she and Phoebe went back to the footballer's suite after a mammoth drinking session, while insisting that nothing sexual went on. Billi, who hadn't long returned from her own hen do in the UAE, was said to be heartbroken and angry at the images, especially after repots there were others circulating.
But insiders claim that both she and groom Andy saw the funny side when Sunday's registrar asked the all important question if anyone knew any reason why the couple should not be married.
A source told The Sun: "They were emotional when they saw each other, but the atmosphere totally changed when the registrar asked if anyone present knew why they should not be married. Everyone started laughing really loud and Billi and Andy joined in."
The onlooker added: "It broke the ice in what’s been a hard build up to the wedding for Billi. It changed the tone and when they were announced man and wife, the cheers were deafening.”
