Chelsea may have spent £106.8m to secure a record Premier League transfer in January but it's a much cheaper deal for a lower profile player that could be the best value for money. Although Enzo Fernandez has impressed in his first two games in England it's a player still awaiting their debut that has had the best month.
Having left Cobham shortly after being confirmed as a Chelsea player, Andrey Santos was away on international duty. He has since been victorious with Brazil's Under-20 side, winning the South American U-20 Sudamericano tournament.
Along the way the talented midfielder scored six goals, including the winner in the deciding game against Columbia. The hosts only needed a point to win the tournament but Santos popped up with less than 10 minutes to go to secure the trophy.

He has been the star of the tournament despite Brazil's other starlets Robert Renan and Vitor Rogue also playing. The two other teenage stars have been linked with similarly big moves to big European sides in the coming months.
Had Chelsea not moved quickly to secure Santos - who was wanted by Newcastle and Paris Saint-Germain amongst others - then they would surely be invoiced for much more than the £12m they have paid for the 18-year-old. To this extent it is Santos that may well be a player to watch that goes under the radar at Stamford Bridge.
There is growing hope that he will be able to join up with his new teammates in the senior squad immediately and could yet play some part in the second half of the season. Although he is currently waiting for confirmation on his work permit he, like Carney Chukwuemeka, is seen as a senior squad member.
He has now seemingly confirmed this, replying to Chelsea's tweet of congratulations, writing: "Thank you very much. Now it’s focus on the blues!"
He isn't eligble to be added to the Champions League squad but could still play domestically during the rest of the season.
