Andrew Tate's social media ban could affect KSI and Logan Paul fight talks

Andrew Tate's blanket social media ban may affect his talks for a fight with KSI or Logan Paul, according to Paul's best friend Mike Majlak.

The former kickboxing world champion became the most searched person in the world on Google, and videos featuring his name were viewed over 11billion times on TikTok. However, his popularity and reach took a blow earlier this month when he was removed from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok to go along with his long-standing Twitter ban.

But he is still a frequent newsmaker, and Mirror Fighting understands Tate is in training camp currently, with an eye on fighting YouTube star KSI. He was called out by the Brit as recently as Saturday night after his boxing return, and has a long-standing feud with the Paul brothers Logan and Jake.

Asked if his ban could affect fight talks for his pal Logan, Majlak told Mirror Fighting : "I don't know, we're going to talk about this on Impaulsive [Paul and Majlak's podcast]. I'm not sure, he's still got a ton of reach regardless, so we'll see what happens. Maybe that's Jake's fight, who knows?"

Majlak was in London to watch from ringside as KSI defeated both rapper Swarmz and journeyman boxer Luis Pineda at The O2 arena on Saturday night. He and Paul also managed to catch Arsenal's win over Fulham at the Emirates Stadium; their first game since KSI and Paul's Prime Hydration drink was announced as the club's official beverage.

They missed the Swarmz fight, which the chart-topper won within two rounds, and Paul was in the ring after KSI's third round knockout of Pineda. There, Paul declared that KSI was his "best friend" in a tongue-in-cheek comment, but the Brit has admitted that their friendship will go to the side if he makes it to a fight with Jake.

"For me, as just a fan of this sport and what these guys have done I just want to see that fight," Majlak added. "I don't really have a this or that involved, I just want to see those two go at it and it could be potentially the biggest pay-per-view event of all time. I don't even know where they do that event, I guess at Wembley, right? It's massive."

Majlak refused to be drawn on whether or not Logan would be returning to the ring this year, but he appears to be floating the idea of sharing a card with KSI in January. That could well be the KSI vs Tate fight, with Logan facing Bellator star and Conor McGregor teammate Dillon Danis in the co-main event.

Meanwhile, Jake will announce his October comeback fight this week, with a number of potential names being floated. Canadian Yan Pellerin has been linked to the bout, while former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez's lengthy ban from boxing in the United States is over in October as well.
