A model and a former police worker - dubbed 'Tate's Angels' - are believed to be the other two suspects arrested in connection with an investigation into allegations of human trafficking and an allegation of rape.
It's claimed Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel were arrested after being named as two of Andrew Tate's 'closest lieutenants'. The Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) - the Romanian government agency overseeing the investigation - are yet to confirm this.
Tate, 36, and his brother Tristan, 34, were detained by Romanian police on Thursday after their £600,000 Bucharest compound was raided by police. He is set to be held in detention for 30 days while the investigation unfolds.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Radu, 32, and Naghel, 28, have also been arrested in relation to the investigation. According to a DIICOT statement, four suspects are accused of creating an organised crime group with the "purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost".
Radu, who also goes by the name of 'Ellie Dely' on social media, is a former sub inspector in the Romanian police and quit the force eight years ago to pursue a career in video chat rooms. It's believed Radu is Tate's administrative assistant and helps him manage his online business empire, worth an estimated £100million.
Naghel, meanwhile, has been described as a businesswoman who is said to be in a relationship with Tate. Naghel reportedly met Tate after he moved to Romania five years ago. It's claimed she initially helped him with his business interests before they formed a romantic bond and became prominent figures in Bucharest's exclusive nightlife scene.

Radu and Naghel are reportedly being held at the same "cockroach-ridden hellhole" prison as Tate and his brother for 30 days.
A source told the Daily Mail Radu and Naghel are Tate's "trusted lieutenants and his angels". The source added: "They live a fantastic life which is not in keeping with their financial position."
A report by the Council of Europe's Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment has confirmed what Tate can expect in the Bucharest prison. It reads: "Material conditions in all the prisons visited were generally poor.
"With cells dilapidated, lacking equipment (storage space, tables and chairs), and mattresses and bedding worn out and infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Many complaints were received about the very limited access to hot water as well as in respect of the insufficient in-cell heating in winter."
Both brothers deny the allegations against them and are expected to appeal against the decision to hold them in custody again next week. There has been no comment from the representatives of Radu and Naghel.
