While Siddhant Chaturvedi is all set to represent India in a new FIFA world Cup anthem, his ‘Gehraiyaan’ co-star Ananya Panday will be flying to Qatar today to attend the semi finals.
A source close to the actress exclusively told ETimes, “Ananya has been invited by the Qatar airways and Qatar Government to attend the semi finals of FIFA World Cup. She will be leaving for Qatar today at 10AM."
Elaborating further, the source added, “Chunky Panday has always been a huge fan of football so he too will be accompanying Ananya to Qatar to watch the semi finals.”
Nora Fatehi performed during the inauguration of the World Cup on November 18 2022 along with several other celebrities from around the world. Nora Fatehi also became the first Bollywood actor to represent India at a FIFA tournament.
The highly-anticipated FIFA World Cup 2022 is being held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18. 32 teams have participated in this once-in-every-four-years football extravaganza. A lot of Bollywood celebrities were spotted enjoying the live matches in Qatar this year and it include, Manushi Chhillar, Mouni Roy, Aamir Khan, Dino Morea and others.
Tonight in the first semi final match, Argentina will be facing Croatia and tomorrow it will be France versus Morocco.
