The Shohei Ohtani saga has been off the rails for several days. There was a group of people tracking planes, J.J. Watt calling out the media, a frantic search to learn his dog’s name and a massive $700 million contract that totally unraveled the internet.
Yet, that wasn’t the wildest part. What really has people upset is that the majority of Ohtani’s contract is deferred. The unprecedented move is creating quite a stir.
So, one baseball fan used AI to create a Wolf of Wall Street explainer video, and it perfectly says the quiet parts out loud while fanning the chaos.
