Dublin actress Amy Huberman made a surprise cameo in Derry Girls last night to the delight of viewers, who praised the star for her appearance.
Amy played a frustrated train station worker who delved a little too deeply into her love life and had audiences in stitches.
Amy wasn't the only familiar face to make an appearance on the show as internet comedian Michael Fry played a snack trolley attendant.

Amy took to social media to post a snap of her with some of the show's cast, posing alongside Siobhan McSweeney who plays Sister Michael and Nicola Coughlin who plays Clare Quinn.
She said of her experience on the show: "Well that was THE CRAIC! Thank you for having me #DerryGirls I fecking loved it. Marty Collins for the win!"
Nicola responded, saying that she had "such a lovely day" with Amy.
She posted another snap with Nicola in a separate post, praising her as an "utter babe".
Michael also posted a series of snaps of himself in costume and with the show's cast.
Amy isn't the only high profile name to make an appearance on the hit TV show in its third season. In the first episode of season three earlier this month, Liam Neeson shocked viewers with his cameo.
The Oscar nominated actor played a police inspector, questioning the girls and James about a burglary at their school.
The third season of Derry Girls will be the show's last. Creator Lisa McGee announced in September 2021 that it was always the plan to wrap up the show after three seasons.
Dylan Llewellyn, who plays James on the show, recently told The Guardian that the show's ending is "bittersweet".
There will be three more episodes of the series.
