Amy Dowden has urged her followers to "make the most of every day" as you never know what is around the corner. It comes after the Strictly Come Dancing professional was diagnosed with breast cancer after finding a lump just before her honeymoon.
The 32-year-old bravely shared her diagnosis last month, telling fans: "Hey all, I've got some news which isn't easy to share. I've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer but I'm determined to get back on that dancefloor before you know it. Welsh love Amy."
Since then the star, who hails from Caerphilly, has been candid about her journey, sharing details from a recent and successful surgery, you can read more on that here, with her 409k Instagram followers.

And in a new post, Amy shared a memory from her hen do, which took place in Cardiff in June 2022, and captioned it: "Wow a year ago! Make the most of every day, opportunity, and work hard as you never know what's around the corner."
It comes after Amy shared a gorgeous tribute to her dad on Father's Day as she thanked him for his support throughout her breast cancer diagnosis. Sharing a string of snaps including from her wedding day and throwbacks, Amy wrote: "Happy Father's Day to everyone who is lucky enough to know him, is the kindest, funniest most humble human!
