Strictly Come Dancing professional Amy Dowden has shared a rare photo of herself with her twin sister as they shared a sweet moment.
The Welsh dancer, who was recently eliminated from the 2021 series with her partner Tom Fletcher, is recovering after a flare-up of her Crohn's disease saw her rushed and admitted to hospital over the weekend.
Amy, 31, has been staying with Tom and his wife Giovanna Fletcher at their family home after falling unwell and recently thanked them for providing her with clothes and "burnt toast", while their kids have been drawing her "get well soon" cards.

And now Amy's twin sister Rebecca has paid her a visit.
Sharing a video of her sibling plaiting her hair with her 310k followers, Amy joked: "When your twin comes to visit... straight on the sister duties Becky Dowden."
The rare insight comes after Amy gave a glimpse into the lovely relationship she has with her twin on their birthday.
Paying tribute back in August, Amy said: "The BEST thing about my birthday is I get to share it with @becky_dowden my beautiful twin! Who's always mothered me (even though I' 15 mins older), although I'm bossier!!!
"Always put me first, allowed me to win games, flew across the other-side of the world to be there for certain milestones in my life but has also sacrificed so much in order to help me achieve my dreams!"
The visit will no doubt lift Amy's spirits as Giovanna revealed on Good Morning Britain she was getting better but was still in pain.
Explaining what happened, she said: "Tom was with her and Sara Davies was with her, they were out on a walk when it started, it was so bad she had to get an ambulance and then stay in hospital.
She added: "Since then, everyone in Strictly is in bubbles, so she can't travel to the midlands or Wales so she's staying with us."
When asked how Amy was doing, Giovanna responded: "She's good, she's good. She was sat on the sofa last night and the colour is coming back on her cheeks.
"She still has her hot water bottle but every now and again, you can see she is in pain.
"People with Crohn's are living with pain but it is nice seeing the pinks going back into her cheeks."
