Amy Childs has opened up on her surgery addiction - revealing it has calmed down since she became a mum.
The 31-year-old reality star first shot to fame as a teen, after signing up to TOWIE.
And with that, Amy said she started having surgery at a young age - which slowly turned into an addiction.
She said it was "all about image" back then, but since getting into a relationship with First Dates star Billy Delbosq last year, Amy says she has learnt to be confident in herself.
However, the reality star admitted to having liposuction in her chin recently, as she saw herself on the telly and declared: "I don't like it."
Opening up to OK! Magazine, Amy said: "When I saw the doctor, she said you could be the skinniest person ever and you'd still have this double chin."
She added: "It was very painful. But in terms of filler, changing my face and that, I'm very happy in myself. I can't even remember the last time I had Botox done!"
Amy says her new-found key to confidence is "accepting herself, no more Botox and Pilates three times a week".
"Because I'm happy in myself – Bill makes me so happy and so do my kids – and I'm in such a good place, I just feel like I don't need that any more," she concluded.
The Only Way Is Essex star said she was "nervous" ahead of the treatment, which she had in January.
"I'm very nervous but also very excited because today I'm going to be having liposuction under my chin," she said on an Instagram video.
"It's something that I've wanted for so long, I've tried so many treatments, and this really bothers me," she said.
"When I watch myself on TV, it really gets me down, so I booked a consultation with Seleena and I am also having my treatment done today as well so I am going to show you some before and afters."
After the treatment Amy wrote: "All done, look like a chipmunk but can't wait to show you my end results," to accompany a photo of her chin strapped up."
Amy was seen leaving the clinic with her boyfriend Billy wearing a hooded coat to cover her face after the procedure.
