Amir Khan vs Kell Brook undercard boost with Natasha Jonas and Charlie Schofield confirmed

Natasha Jonas and Charlie Schofield are both set to fight on the undercard of Amir Khan's grudge match against Kell Brook next month.

The fiercely-anticipated bout takes place at Manchester's AO Arena on February 19th, with the main event now having a stellar supporting cast to whet the appetite.

Manchester's Charlie Schofield is set for the first defence of his English Super-Middleweight Championship, where he'll put it on the line against Germaine Brown.

And that's not the only title fight taking place, as Natasha Jonas will go toe-to-toe with Ewa Piatkowska for the vacant WBO Female World Super-Welterweight title.

That will mark Jonas' third shot at a title, having lost to Katie Taylor last year in Manchester and seeing a 2020 bout with Terri Harper controversially end in a draw.

Both fighters join a card that also includes undefeated Manchester fighter Bradley Rea, who puts his 11-0 record on the line with a tough test against fellow undefeated fighter Craig McCarthy.

The fight card also features the professional debut of British Olympian Frazer Clarke, while Viddal Riley, Adam Azim, Hassan Azim and Ibrahim Nadim are also set to fight.

That results in a packed card for British boxing that features fighters from Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire and Berkshire.

Tickets for Khan's long-awaited grudge match against Brook sold out in record time, with a packed arena set for the February 19th event.

It marks one of the first major boxing events in Britain in 2022, ahead of a year that is set to be massive across the divisions.
