Amir Khan told how to beat Kell Brook in upcoming grudge fight

Amir Khan has been told how can beat Kell Brook in their upcoming grudge fight this weekend.

Fans have been waiting over 10 years for Khan and Brook to finally face one another, and we'll finally see it on Saturday night at the Manchester Arena.

After years of going back and forth with a fight never materialising, the two finally agreed to face one another late last year.

The fight could be the last of both Khan and Brook’s careers - which they both admitted on their recent sit down with one another.

Both Khan and Brook have suffered devastating losses in recent years, with them now both being 35 years old.

But whilst the bookmakers have made Brook the favourite, it's Khan who is seen as the a-side fighter, with Brook even admitting that Khan has quicker hands and will be a tough fight for him.

And Khan has been told how he can defeat Brook this weekend.

His former trainer Clarence "Bones" Adams who trained Khan ahead of his most recent victory against Billy Dib in 2019, revealed the best way to beat Brook.

He told MyBettingSites : "Three words: Don’t be first. He’s fast, so his whole career he has been first, but that’s what gets him in trouble. Be patient and don't be first.

"My thinking is this: what happened throughout his career when he threw first? He makes mistakes, he gets timed because no one taught him other than that. I was trying to have him be more patient, take his time, just like he did in the Dib fight.

"He was more patient, he took his time, he fought perfectly. That’s why I thought I'd get the call again. Being patient wasn’t just about that particular fight, it’s about prolonging his career and his whole life. It’s the same thing with one, he needs to be patient, don’t go first and capitalise on Brooks' mistakes."
