Marvel's newest blockbuster "Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania" is brand new in theaters and the first film in the Walt Disney Company (DIS) subsidiary studio's newest phase of films.
AMC (AMC) theaters is looking to capitalize on the entertainment behemoth's success by providing some very high-value collectors' items, the newest of which is a light-up replica of Ant-Man's helmet that opens up to reveal a popcorn bucket inside.
So far, the helmet (which comes with a free refill) has been flying out of the theater concession stands and into the homes of moviegoers all over because the item has been incredibly popular, according to AMC's CEO Adam Aron.

According to Aron, the helmet sold 20,000 units on day one alone. The helmets retail at $29.99, which means the theater raked in $600,000. But more importantly, the CEO makes a great case for the theater selling more exclusive collectible items in the future.
Various commenters were eager to point out future licensing opportunities for the theater, with some even making requests.
Other commenters included AMC shareholders celebrating the CEO's support of a possible new revenue stream. One commenter even punned that the theater should create collectible APE masks, referring to the company's fairly recent creation of AMC Preferred Equity units (APEs). Each AMC shareholder received one APE share for every AMC share they owned.
