Amber Gill publicly calls out Love Island star over nasty dig about her bum

Love Island star Amber Gill put Brett Staniland on blast after he made a dig about her bum on her Q&A.

The star started a Q&A on her Instagram Stories and asked followers to ask her 'anything'.

She soon received a message from former contestant Brett making fun of her so-called 'BBL' (Brazillian bum lift).

He wrote to her: "When you try and do backstrokes does your BBL flip around like a life jacket?"

Amber proceeded to tag Brett's account and asked him if he forgot to use an anonymous account to send her the message.

"Did you forget to use your burner account????" she asked.

She then hit him where it hurts and used his hatred for fast fashion brands in her response.

"I’m going to bulk order from a fast fashion brand & wear it all at once now you said that you little t**t," Amber wrote.

However, it all seemed to be in good humour as Brett reposted the answer on his own Stories.

"Troll vs troll," he captioned the post and added a handshake emoji.

Amber mentioned fast fashion as Brett has been campaigning against brands like Pretty Little Thing.

He was even spotted demonstrating outside PLT's fashion week debut.

Speaking to OK! at the time, he said: "The fashion industry doesn't get taken seriously with the climate crisis. Boohoo Group don't care about anyone, and they contribute more to the crisis than any other fashion brand in the UK," he told us.

"They use women of colour at the front of their campaigns to mask women of colour in their supply chains that they don't pay. It's exploitation from wherever you look at it.”

Meanwhile, Amber recently opened up on dating after saying she had "switched teams" on social media last month.

During an appearance on FUBAR Radio tonight, the Love Island winner has opened up on the meaning behind her cryptic tweet.

She appeared on the showbiz gossip programme Access All Areas alongside hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Len.

When asked by Stephen if she had came out on the tweet, Amber explained: "Accidentally, I remember looking at it [the tweet] and thinking sh**t, what have I said.

"'Like a lot of my friends were like if you were gonna do it any way, that's the typical way that you would do that. Normally people have these lovely, beautiful stories and lovely, beautiful real Instagram posts, like just lush."
