Amazon Spring Sale 2025 deals: Key details and top discounts revealed

Sales season is coming in hot. As all bargain-hunters know, it’s the best time to stock up on essentials - laundry pods, loo roll, dishwasher tablets - or replace expensive items for less, think washing machines or TVs.

With decades of experience between us, there’s no better shopping team than ES Best to steer you towards the biggest and baddest discounts. One of the biggest summer sales is Amazon Prime Day, but since 2022, the internet giant has thrown a spring event into its calendar too.

What is the Amazon Spring Sale?

There’s little Amazon loves more than holding a big ol’ sale. The retailer lays on mini-events around the year, with 2024 seeing both a spring and autumn event, sandwiching the flagship event called Amazon Prime Day which usually takes place in mid-July.

When is the Amazon Spring Sale in 2025?

The dates are still under wraps, but with the Easter bank holiday weekend within sight, we’ve got everything crossed for a March event to get what we need before the first long weekend of the year. As soon as we hear, you’ll be the first to know.

If previous spring sales are anything to go by, it will be a multi-day affair - which means more time to bag those bargains.

And you won’t need Prime membership to access the deals either. The discounts will be available to all.

When is Amazon Prime Day 2025?

Amazon Prime Day is the retailer’s flagship sales event that spans 48 hours. This sale is for Prime membership holders only, another reason to sign up if you haven’t already done so. Prices fall across the board, from home and garden, tech, food and drink, beauty and more.

How to take part in Amazon Prime Day

While the spring sale is open to all including non-members, you will need a Prime membership if you want to shop Amazon Prime Day.

Priority delivery is just for starters: Prime members can also access Amazon’s range of services and entertainment hubs, from movies and TV shows on Prime Videos to tunes galore over at Amazon Music. Gamers and bookworms can unlock the mammoth range of games and e-books and become immersed in new worlds.

There are two ways to subscribe: with a rolling monthly fee of £8.99, or an annual cost of £95 which is a little cheaper.

Still in education? The deal gets even sweeter. Students pay just £4.49 a month, or £47.49 for the year. If you’re not sure about adding another bill to your outgoings, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial first.

What kind of deals were there last year?

Whether you need a new TV, air fryer, sound system or just after a cheap thrill to make getting post more exciting, epic deals are close by.

While sales slash prices across the board, historically the best deals and discounts are on Amazon’s huge range of tech devices - and with an Amazon Alexa event set for February 26, there could be new gadgets in the mix for the spring sale.

Historically, we’ve seen everything from Fire TV streaming sticks, Fire tablets, Ring video doorbells, Kindles, Echoes and more in Amazon’s sales in the past. These items saw the biggest price falls last year, and we’re confident you can expect more of the same in 2025.

Breville Barista Max Espresso Machine

Best for: turning your kitchen into a cafe

The Breville name stands in high repute amongst other consumer brands across the country. Its mastery of the humble kettle was sure to lead it to the more complex demands of the espresso machine.

The Barista Max is a bean-to-cup affair, featuring a bean grinder with 30 coarseness settings and a controlled heating system that also services a ‘keep-warm’ area atop the unit. There’s a pre-infusion cycle to bloom the coffee in the portafilter, two presets for single and double espresso shots, and a manual mode for the scales-wielding coffee purists amongst us. The temperatures are consistent, and the steam system is surprisingly effective; the steam wand is long and articulable enough to make steaming your milk as easy as anything. The results are practically barista-quality.

Grey Goose

It hardly needs introduction but if, by some cruel twist of fate, you’ve never heard of Grey Goose, here’s the low-down.

France’s ultra-premium vodka is made from just two ingredients: natural spring water and single-origin wheat grown in limestone soil in the French region of Picardie, so it really is the cream of the crop. The simple ingredient list is juxtaposed by a five-step making process which includes distillation to get the crystal clear, unblemished vodka that’s loved by fans the world over.

Flavoured versions and special editions launch frequently, but you can’t go far wrong with a 70cl bottle of the classic.

Ciroc Vodka

Abv: 40 per cent

Ciroc Vodka is one of the smoothest vodkas around and sits comfortably in the ‘premium’ category with a whole list of celebrity fans to match. Made from ‘snap frost’ grapes that are cold fermented before being distilled in a combination of steel and copper stills, it’s a little more refined than your average vodka and comes with a crisp, refreshing taste to match. Its grape foundation makes Ciroc a little fruitier than many others, which means it lends itself to subtle, fruity cocktails.

Calvin Klein CK One Unisex Eau de Toilette

CK One was an immediate bestseller as soon as it came to market in 1994.

Just 10 days after it was unveiled, it has already generated sales of $5 million with one sold every 20 seconds, according to reports. This genderless fragrance is defined as a citrus aromatic chypre with a lengthy ingredient list that may give the impression of a sensory overload but is universally beloved – hence the messaging “One for all” that dominated the ads.

The composition of possibly contradicting notes is the point. This was not designed to be overpowering, but instead be an unassuming aroma. It has top notes of pineapple, mandarin orange, papaya, bergamot, cardamom and lemon. This is set alongside nutmeg, violet, orris root, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley and rose and a base of sandalwood, amber, musk, cedar and oakmoss.
